Last week, a Hillary Clinton confidante, Douglas Schoen, stated he believed that she would be running in 2020.
She already was an old candidate in 2016. Now she’ll be a really old candidate in 2020, at 74 years old.
But now, she may have competition, with even older candidate who has been around since the year one.
Former Vice President Joe Biden has another presidential run in him, said his brother during a call to a radio show Wednesday.
During an interview with SiriusXM’s “The Michael Smerconish Program,” Biden’s youngest brother, Frank, said “absolutely” when asked if the former vice president had “one more run in him.”Why anyone would think otherwise, I don’t know. And there are a whole lot of people down here in Florida looking forward to it,” Frank Biden said.
Sure, because what voters in Florida or anywhere else really want is goofy Uncle Joe?
Biden would be would be 78 in November 2020.
Biden decided not to run in 2016 because of the recent death of his son, Beau.
Biden has now started a political action committee called American Possibilities PAC, indicating that he is likely preparing for a run.
But if he runs in 2020 against Hillary, that would be a sparks-flying contest and they would rip each other to shreds.
Hillary isn’t going to let anyone stop her again, after being beaten twice.
And Joe, having felt he could have run and won in 2016, isn’t going to let her have it next time.
Expect her to pull out whatever ammunition she has…
